Breech of Contract kitten.

This baby is in breech of contract! Show Breeders beware who you sell your top show babies too. He was allowed to run around with a 3 year old exotic cat at 10 weeks young. Introduced to the cat and played with the cat the second day after he was shipped. Well the poor thing got his eyes scratched by this older cat and caught a cold from him a week after shipment! We made the mistake of allowing buyer to BULLY us in sending the kitty at 10 weeks old before we felt that he was ready.....NEVER AGAIN!!!!! We have emails from the purchaser stating that the kitty was perfect without any signs of a cold the few days after he was shipped. We also have emails the day after she received this baby that he was playing with a THREE YEAR OLD EXOTIC CAT that was most likely a carrier of URI! This kitten was required to be ISOLATED for a minimum of 30 days and buyer agreed and signed our contract!!!! No wonder he caught a cold a week later as older cats may be carriers of URI's!!!! Not to mention, the stress alone of relocation but then to allow him exposure to a strange, older cat's germs!!!! So please, always ISOLATE YOUR BABIES!!! This person was trying to hold us responsible for their terrible mistake of allowing our baby, at such a young age, to play with their older cat and being harmed from the cat. Please if you have read any of her complaints, let us show you the documentation and emails that we have of the health of the baby when he arrived at her home. You will conclude as we did, that this unreasonable person was only trying to steal from us two kitties for the price of one as we offered her a refund on several occasions and she would not hear of it, she only wanted another top show kitty replacement and also wanted to keep and BREED the one that we already sent her. Never was any veterinarian documentation provided either that the cat even had a cold. She threatened to complain all over the internet if she didn't get her replacement top show kitten pronto!!! Here at Candifaces, we take the sale of our babies very SERIOUSLY and care about the well being of our babies, never about threatening individuals! We NOW require that the new owners sign a contract to assure us that these babies will be properly cared for and ISOLATED COMPLETELY FROM other cats for a minimum of 30 days as these babies are just like NEWBORN BABIES. This is also the main reason we will NEVER allow our babies to leave our home now before their 14 week birthday as obviously, there are those out there that do not understand Persian Babies! We are absolutely SICK to our stomach that we allowed such a wonderful, perfect little baby of ours to go into such uninformed hands. We will learn from this to screen our future adopters more so in the future and make sure that they are knowledgeable of the Persian Breed. We will post several pictures of him right before he left our home so there is NO question of the condition of this baby before he left this home. He is not even show groomed in the last two pictures. He just had that "clean" look about him at all times! He would have been such a easy cat to grand because of this!!!! WHAT A COMPLETE SHAME! I only wish that I could take this sale back and take my awesome kitty back or at least be able to place him into a home that knew how to take care of a Persian Kitten.
